Western Rawhide by Jim Taylor saddles feature our innovative FUZION tree that positions the rider lower, closer to the horse's center of gravity for optimum performance and agility.Featuring a narrower and deeper ground seat, rider comfort and stability are improved; allowing horse and rider to move as one through complex patterns, quick accelerations and sliding stops. Subtle changes to the fenders and skirt allow for optimal communication between horse and rider. Made from wood and covered in fiberglass for extra durability, each of Western Rawhide’s FUZION trees were specially designed from ground seat to angle and twist, then tested and proven on a wide range of horses for easier saddle fit.

The ground seat of this saddle keeps the rider balanced to accommodate the sit up and the deep seat in the turn arounds and stops. This is the perfect “cross over” saddle from working cow horse to ranch versatility events.
